Yoga Podcasts

Some of us are visual learners, finding it easier to observe and then copy. Others prefer instructions, step by step. In previous blogs, we’ve learned about the best youtube yoga channels, as well as yoga apps. Today we will learn more about Yoga podcasts to follow along to! Podcasts are great for busy people who like to occupy their time with something other than music. There are so many different podcasts, from funny, carefree type podcasts to educational ones. If you’re the type of person who likes to do it yourself but needs a little help, podcasts are a great way to practice yoga by yourself with a little bit of guidance.
